Rams’ Chris Long shown as ‘hopeful Powerball player' on news

Forget football, Chris Long is all about the Powerball.

The Rams defensive end appeared on a local news station in Virginia where he was interviewed about the lottery, but the news crew appears to have no idea they are talking to a pro athlete.

Long, sporting a hat, shades and a mustache, was labeled as a ‘hopeful Powerball player’ in the interview and hilariously explains what he would do if he were to win the $ 1.5 billion prize.

“I already told my old lady, if we win, we’re going down to Myrtle Beach for about 10 months, and we’re getting a timeshare — the whole nine yards,” Long said. “And maybe a big boat, a couple boats, a lot of boats. We’re gonna have a great time.”

Long later tweeted a picture of himself once the segment aired.

“Some dreams come true finally made the local news tonight,” Long said.

He and his “old lady” will have to wait on that timeshare in Myrtle Beach though, as the winning ticket was sold in California.

Chris Long appears on the local news incognito as a Powerball player.
