Kentucky loss results in viral crying saxophone player

March Madness also means March Sadness.

A Kentucky saxophone player embodied the heartbreak of the NCAA Tournament after she was caught by cameras crying in the waning seconds of the Wildcats’ 73-67 second-round loss to Indiana on Saturday.

The Internet wouldn’t let her off the hook as the image quickly went viral, bringing back memories of last year’s crying piccolo girl, who gained Internet fame after Villanova’s second-round loss to NC State.

The tradition of crying band members is still alive with Kentucky’s sad saxophone player.

Villanova’s crying piccolo girl eventually got to play on Jimmy Fallon and got tickets to see Taylor Swift.

Hopefully Kentucky’s crying saxophone girl can be just as lucky.
