Chargers WR Keenan Allen is done for the year, reports say.
Keenan Allen, the AFC leader in receptions, is out for the season with a lacerated kidney and headed to the injured reserve, according to multiple reports.
The Chargers wide receiver reportedly underwent a procedure after suffering a kidney injury Sunday during San Diego’s 29-26 loss to Baltimore.
Coach Mike McCoy said Monday morning that Allen had checked into a San Diego-area hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery.
