Brent Grimes' wife blamed for him getting cut from Miami

Stephen Ross is done with this packaged deal.
Earlier in the month, Ross’ Miami Dolphins cut cornerback Brent Grimes, but the team owner said Tuesday that the decision came down to the actions of his wife Miko as well.
“I think everybody knows what she represented,” he told the Palm Beach Post. “I thought it was best that the Dolphins move on from Brent and Miko.”
She fired back at Ross quickly, tweeting “he doesn’t have a clue in real life.”
trust me Steven Ross isnt disrespecting me. he knows better. let him get thru his interview yall, he doesnt have a clue in real life.
— Miko Grimes (@iHeartMiko) March 22, 2016
Miko has a reputation of being outspoken. Her comments about the Dolphins made headlines last season.
Notably, Miko took to social media to trash Miami quarterback Ryan Tannehill in December, when the team was 5-10.
“I knew this qb stunk the minute we signed to this team but I tried to keep quiet so I didn’t discourage bae from believing in his team,” she tweeted at the time.
Months earlier, Miko was arrested at Sun Life Stadium for disorderly conduct, battery and resisting arrest after a pre-game run in with authorities.
She’s also had runs in with reporters, specifically Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald.
On March 10, days after Brent was cut, Miko tweeted that Salguero is not “safe from bullets” even though Brent is no longer on the team.
She later backtracked on the violent threat.
Brent Grimes spent only three seasons in Miami, but was named to the franchise’s 50th anniversary team last season.
